IST is offering High
School aged girls an opportunity to start the high school swimming
season in great condition!
We are offering all girls entering their freshman year or higher a
chance to participate in our annual High School Training Camp. IST
Age Group Coach Aaron Hardin will be running training camp August
13-17, 4:30-6:00 pm at Boehm pool. The camp fee of $75 is
required prior to August 13.
Participants will experience IST's proven training system in a
small group setting specifically geared to the high school swim
season. The focus of this camp will be on developing fitness,
stroke technique and racing strategies through a combination of
dryland and water based training.
This camp is limited to 30 participants and will open up to
non-IST members on August 3rd. Online registration is available
