The Issaquah Swim Team is a 300+ member, competitive swim team committed to athletic excellence, building self-esteem in a positive environment for beginning competitive swimmers to National Level athletes.  These goals may produce Olympic Champions but these goals will produce champions in life.  

IST has been recognized by USA Swimming as a 2006, 2007, 2008 Silver Medal Club and as a 2009, 2010, 2011 Bronze Medal Club in their National Excellence in Club Swimming Program.  The Excellence in Club Swimming program identifies and recognizes USA Swimming clubs for their commitment to excellence in operation, performance, and for their support of the sport and USA Swimming.

The Issaquah Swim Team has made a strong commitment to today’s youth.  Our carefully structured training groups are designed to improve positive habits, build focus and concentration, instill self-discipline and respect, improve performance in other sports, and promote a positive “I can do it!” attitude.

The Issaquah Swim Team offers a variety of training programs for every age and ability level.  Whether your goals are to take the first steps to competitive swimming, to stay in shape, or compete at a national level, the Issaquah Swim Team can offer you a training opportunity.

The Issaquah Swim Team, a non-profit 501c3 corporation, is run in collaboration between its elected Board of Directors and our professional coaching/administrative staff.
