The Issaquah Swim Team Board of Directors is made up of 9 Elected Members and the team Head Coach. An Executive Director also contributes to the leadership.

Questions regarding team administration and communication should be made to the IST Office.
Questions regarding your athlete's swimming should be directed to your athlete’s immediate coach. They will redirect you to the appropriate personnel if they are unable to answer your inquiry. The next level of inquiry would be the Head Coach, and ultimately the Board of Directors.
Our coaches encourage infrequent viewing of training sessions.
Generally, parents will observe remarkable and noticeable improvement
in their child’s development by observing training sessions every 2 to
4 weeks. Remember: parents, siblings and relatives are prohibited from the pool deck during training sessions. Do not approach a coach during a training session and please do not call in the evening.
