New to the team and need a login account?

You can expect your account information when your registration forms and payments have been received and processed - approximately 1 week after being received at the IST office midyear, longer during fall registration. If you do not receive your login account by this time, please contact the IST administrative office. For security reasons, the administrative office creates all family accounts.

Linking swimmer information to your login account

At the start of the swimming season, IST's web rosters are "frozen" until they are firmly established by the coaching staff. New swimmer listings are typically available on the website the first week of swimming practice. Swimmers registering after September 1st usually take longer to be included in the lists. For swimmers registering October through May, allow 2 weeks from the time you receive your family login until the time your swimmer is added to the rest of the web system. This includes the web rosters, intent to swim, individual results, goal setting tools and team mailing lists. For swimmers registering in June or July, allow 4 weeks.

Personalized meet results/team record updates:

During the 2 main swimming seasons, mid-October through early June, updates are typically a few days after each swim meet where there is significant IST participation. At times, updates may take as long as 3 weeks.
