Team Awards Banquet Print

IST Families, in order to make sure the plaques are ordered correctly and the number of families who would like to participate in the awards banquet are counted correctly we would like each family to give their Intent for an athlete plaque and give an RSVP for the number of family members (including the athlete(s)) seperately.
