Congratulations IST swimmers who participated in the Pac Coast meet this last weekend at KCAC.  IST placed 3rd out of out of 44 teams! 

The Sectional Training Team was amazing at Pac Coast.  We had so many best times it is hard to count!  Congratulations, and keep up the good work!

Both the Junior National and National groups are ahead of time achievement pace with many lifetime (LTB’s) and season best (SBT’s) times achieved this early in the long course season.  This is an encouraging sign for “Senior” swimmers, especially since we have yet to train long course!
