Zones

John started swimming competitively when he was 13 years old swimming for Port Angeles Swim Club and Port Angeles High School.  He then attended Central Washington University where he continued his swimming career, competing 2 years at the NAIA National Championships in the 400 IM and 200 Back.  John is currently a member of the IST Masters team, training 3 mornings a week, preparing for open water races and triathlons.
