The staff, led by the Head Coach makes all of the decisions that affect the training and competitive needs of the team.  We invite constructive input from our parents, as you are vital to the overall success of our program by supporting and helping to implement these coaching decisions. 

We believe that our greatest asset to the team is our staff and the many parent volunteers.  We have made a commitment to excellent coaching for our athletes and provide the best atmosphere to retain our quality staff.
