5.2 Team Communications Print

Web site: This is the primary method of team communications.

The IST web site is the place to find the most up-to-date information on pool closures, volunteer opportunities, meet information, handbook changes, fundraising, etc.

E-mail:

Financial statements, emergency notices and notification of meet information such as meet entries and results will be sent by email.

Handbook:

An electronic version of the handbook is available online to all families.  Please check the web site for the most current version.

File Folders:

Swimmers’ folders are in the file cabinets in the balcony area of the Boehm Pool. The file cabinets are updated monthly. Check folders every time you come to the pool to remain abreast of team activities and to pick up meet ribbons.

Team Information:

Address: PO Box 157

Issaquah, WA 98027

Phone: 425-392-3996

It is the responsibility of each athlete and their family to be aware of swim meets and other events as posted on the bulletin board, emailed or placed in individual file folders. Daily investigation of email and each swimmer’s individual file folder is recommended.
