All questions regarding your athlete's actual swimming should be referred to the athlete’s immediate coach. The coach will direct you to the appropriate personnel if they are unable to answer the inquiry. The next level of inquiry would be the Head Coach, and ultimately the Board of Directors. Do not approach a coach during a training session or call in the evening. The coaches thank you for your consideration. • Parents, siblings and relatives are prohibited from the pool deck during training sessions.

• The coaches encourage infrequent viewing of training sessions. Generally, parents will observe remarkable and noticeable improvement in their child’s development by observing training sessions every 2 to 4 weeks. If you would like a coach’s evaluation of your child’s progress, please arrange an individual consultation with your child’s coach.
