Sectional Prep Training Team
The two major goals of this training group are to swim a technically sound 200 IM and become a “Drill Master.” In addition, swimmers are taught how to read and use a pace clock in training. Training drills and games, along with dry land instruction, are used at every session as a reinforcement of proper technique, a reward for focused effort, for team building, for social time or simply to add fun or laughter to training. This is a 50% instruction and 50% training group.
