3. Training Group Structure |

|
Placement in the program will be made on the basis of performance and evidence of potential as evaluated by the coaching staff.
Any child six (6) years of age or older is eligible with the approval of the coach.
It is expected that applicants for the program will participate for a full season. Conditioning, stroke mastery and competitive performance require time and effort. All swimmers who are willing to make the effort will improve and find success in the swimming program.
