Congratulations to those who participated in the recent PNS Championships!  IST finished in 7^th Place in the team standings which included a tightly contested battle with several teams for the 4^th through 8^th Place team awards.  Numerous team records were set along with many personal best times.  Individual highlights include:

Nina Zook (12), who qualified for the PNS All Star Team that will compete against All Star teams from Oregon, Southern California, and Northern California.

Andie Taylor (13) -  13-14 Girl High Point Award.  Andie also picked up another USA Summer National qualifying time in the 400 IM.

Maria Volodkevich(10)- 10 & under High Point Award.  Excellent swimming Maria!
